Opportunity: Health Care Team Dom Rep 2019 Feb 16-24
Location: Dominican Republic, Dominican Republic
Opportunity Type: Health Care
Dates: February 16 - 24, 2019
Our Dominican Republic Health Care Trip is an opportunity for you to join us in the missionaries in DR in ministry. We will be using medicine as a means for ministry to communities in the DR. We are looking for medical professionals and others interested in joining us as support roles to help with the various functions of the clinics. We will typically have one clinic per day in different villages. The people of the DR are very open to the Gospel. We will follow the model that Jesus gave us of meeting people’s physical needs and sharing with them their Spiritual need. Watch this video from a past trips to get an idea of what will happen on these health care trips. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lzMoIXG6Aho

Health Care Teams have a great impact on the communities they serve. Medicine is used as a means to ministry. People come from all around the clinic site to get medical and dental attention they need. Each of them is also given the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
