About Alvaro

I was born into a christian family and when I was 10 I received Christ as my personal Savior. When I was 14 I knew that I was called to serve the Lord, but when I graduated from high school I went to study in a university here in Chile. After studying in the university I decided to go and study at the Word of Life Bible Institue in Argentina. While studying at the Bible Institute I met my wife. After we finished our studies in Argentina we returned to serve as missionaries with Word of Life in Chile. We have been serving the Lord 17 years here in Chile.

About Estela

I was born into a christian home and when I was 12 I understood that I had to make a personal decision to receive Christ as my personal Savior. When I was a teenager I felt the Lord calling me to serve Him. I was very involved in serving in my local church. When I graduated from high school I decided to go to the Word of Life Bible Institute in Argentina. I study 3 years and during this time the Lord confirmed His calling me to serve Him. I met my husband while I was studying who also felt the Lord calling him to serve. After we were married we joined the staff of Word of Life Chile as missionaries. The Lord blessed us with 2 beautiful daughters who both love the Lord. As a family we have served the Lord 17 years in Chile.
