Ministry Description

As International Youth Ministry Resources Coordinators, we have the privilege of overseeing and developing resources to equip youth ministries around the world. This includes the translation and distribution of Bible curricula into 12 languages, as well as facilitating leadership training in different regions.

Abner also serves as a Teacher of Biblical Geography at the Bible Institute, helping students deepen their understanding of the geographical and historical contexts of Scripture.

In addition to these roles, we assist in specific ministry projects, where we contribute architectural presentations for various initiatives across Europe, Central America, and the Caribbean. These projects have allowed us to support the global church and ministry efforts in creative and practical ways.

At our local church, we are actively involved in discipleship. Abner serves alongside Jenny in the discipleship program, helping individuals grow in their walk with Christ. Jenny also serves as a Biblical Counselor, providing guidance and support to those in need of spiritual wisdom.

Through these various avenues, we remain committed to serving God’s Kingdom both locally and internationally, using our gifts to impact lives for His glory.

About Abner

We are Abner and Jenny Flores, sinners redeemed by the precious blood of our Lord Jesus Christ. God has blessed us with two wonderful sons, Glenn and Eduardo, now 25 and 12 years old.

There was a time when we clearly understood our sinful condition and, by God’s grace, accepted the greatest gift He could offer—eternal life. With that decision, our lives took a turn we never imagined. After spending 13 years working in secular fields—a design office and a bank—God called us to something greater. In obedience to His call, we left behind our jobs and embarked on a journey of faith, enrolling in the Bible Institute of Argentina.

For three years, we experienced the miracle of God's provision as we dedicated ourselves to Bible study. After our time of preparation, God opened the door for us to return to our homeland, Honduras. There, we served for six years with the Word of Life Ministry, where we had the privilege of working in various areas including Bible Clubs, multimedia projects, drama production, construction, medical brigades, and conferences. We also served faithfully in our local church, where Abner was both a deacon and a preacher.

Today, we find ourselves in a new chapter of life. God has called us to Mexico, where we are serving with Word of Life in a ministry that is impacting not just one country but an entire region for His glory. In this international ministry, we serve as International Youth Ministry Coordinators, working to translate our Bible curriculum into 12 languages and assisting with leadership training in various regions across the globe. We are humbled to be a part of this mission and excited to witness how God is transforming lives through His Word.
