Ministry Description

We are serving the Lord in the area of our discipleship center. It is a year program where young people study the Bible, are discipled and are involved in ministry. We have a part in teaching classes and discipling the young people. We are also helping in the Bible Clubs programs, going and visiting different churchs and teens.

About Andres

I was not born into a christian family, my family had lots of problems. As I was growing up the problems in my family got worse and worse. So I tried to get away from it all by listing to secular music, drinking, and loved living in the world. One day I was invited to a summer camp at Word of Life Chile, where I heard the Gospel and it made an impact on my life and I received Jesus as my personal Savior. During this week the Lord began to work in my heart and give me the desire to serve Him. To prepare to serve the Lord, I went to the Word of Life Bible Institute in Argentina. I studied 4 years at the Bible Institue, and while I was studying I met my wife. We were married and then came to serve the Lord with Word of Life in Chile.

About Lily

I was not born into a christian family, my family had lots of problems. When I was a teenager I lived a very rebelious life angry with God. When I was 15, with all that was happening in my family I remembered one time someone shared with me about my sin's and a need for a savior. I remember them saying Jesus had died on the cross for my sins and and that he wanted to save me. That night I repented of my sins and received Jesus as my savior. After that night my life was changed and my friends told me about a ministry called Word of Life. I went to summer camp at the Word of Life camp and decided to to spend a year studying the word of God in a discipleship program in Ecuador. During that year I felt the Lord calling me to go and study at the Word of Life Bible Institute in Argentina. It was while I was studying at the Bible Institute that I met my husband. The Lord has blessed us with 2 beautiful girls.
