About Dave
I came to know Christ at a young age, and as far back as I can remember I honestly believed that Jesus is God, that He came to earth as a man, died for my sins, rose from the dead, and that faith alone in that gift saves me for eternity. At 13 years old I went to a Word of Life camp, and it was there where my faith went from an internal decision to an external expression. I dedicated my life to God, and began really seeking Him first. After high school I went to the Word of Life Bible Institute in Schroon Lake, NY, where I first felt called into full time ministry and service. A few years later, after interning with Word of Life, serving as Youth Leader (and sometimes Youth Pastor) at local churches, taking missions trips, and finishing my Bachelors degree in Bible from Tennessee Temple University, I became a full time missionary with Word of Life. About Kristy
I was blessed to be born into a Christian home. Around the age of seven I attended the Word of Life Ranch camp and accepted the Lord as my Savior. When I was 16 years old, I dedicated my life to God at a Word of Life campfire but It wasn't until I was 21 that God really got ahold of my life. I was at the missions conference at my home church where the speaker gave a challenge about being willing to go anywhere for God. That night I rededicated my life to God and and told God, "Ok, I'm willing to go wherever you call." Just after that I met David and the rest is history! We got married, moved to France where we served for about six years, and Then God called us to serve with Word of Life at the Bible Institute and with camps in Quebec, Canada. We have 4 amazing children, Elias, Maddison, Eden, and Evelyn. We thank God for these blessings in our lives.
