Ministry Description
This spring, I have the privilege of going on a short-term missions trip to Recife, Brazil! This trip is part of a Spring Semester course every sophomore student takes at Word of Life Bible Institute. Instead of only learning about missions in the classroom, students get to raise support and participate in missions around the world alongside Word of Life missionaries. WOL Recife, Brazil has been serving the Northeast region of Brazil for over 50 years. The ministry includes a Bible Institute, teaching the Bible in schools, camps, and Bible clubs for teens and children. This trip is about building relationships with local young people using soccer in order to share the Gospel with them.
