Ministry Description

I will be joining the Word of Life team who are already in Austria, learning from and serving alongside them. The team in Austria is very small so I will be helping out with a lot of the different ministries including camp ministries, community outreaches, local church ministries, and discipleship programs. I'm excited to become a jack of all trades in ministry, and to learn a deeper reliance on God as I continue on the journey He is leading me on.

About Jenae

I was raised in a home where both my parents loved the Lord and wanted to teach me and my siblings about Him. When I was 5, my mom explained the gospel to me and walked me through a prayer to accept Him as my Savior, but I was so young that I have no memory of that decision. I lived in fear and doubt over my salvation for several years after that until someone sat me down and explained what faith actually meant. That's when I fully understood my salvation and committed my life to Him. Since then, God has been orchestrating my life around service and reliance on Him through everything. When I was 16, I went on a short term missions trip to the Navajo Nation in New Mexico, where I fell in love with ministering to people and helping things run behind the scenes. When I was 18, I went to Word of Life Bible Institute and just recently graduated from my second year. During my time at Word of Life, I learned what it meant to be part of ministry both behind the scenes and on the front lines, and my passion for doing full-time ministry with youth grew. I am so excited to go to Austria and follow where the Lord leads me.
