Ministry Description

We serve in Panama City training leaders in 24 de Diciembre, a Christian School (PCA) and in our church IBCP. We work with kids, youth and young adults.
Juanpi is incharge of the Evangelism Department and me (Celia), I am doing the accounting of the ministry.

About Juanpi

I was born in a Christian home, and I went to the church since I was in my mom's belly. But at the age of eight years old, in an evangelistic night of the church, one young man who went to Word of Life Bible Institute (WOLBI) in Argentina to Teens Involved came back and did the evangelism with paint. That night I received Christ as my Savior. Years later my father decided to go to study at the WOLBI, and in one campfire night I decided to give my life and future to the Lord, and He started to give me a huge burden to be a missionary. In 2003 I traveled to Panama and I saw the needs and God used me a lot in many areas that I never expected to be used. There I met my wife Celia and together we are serving the Lord in WOL Panama since 2006.

About Celia

I wasn´t born in a Christian home. At the age of 13 years old my brother, who was attending a Word of Life (WOL) Bible Club, invited me to one of the meetings because he came back home one night and saw me crying about the bad relationship that my parents had. That Saturday after the meeting a missionary pulled me aside started to share the Gospel with me. That night I made a decision for Christ. I started to grow and become involved in the church, and one night while doing my devotion the Lord put a burden in my heart for missions. He confirmed this over time and also because I started to not feel excited about my career like I was in the beginning. In 2004 the Lord provided me to go to the WOLBI in Argentina. In 2006 I got married with the best man and server of the Lord and since that year we started to be missionaries with WOL Panama.
