About Megan

I grew up in a home where my family feared the Lord, so I went to church all my life and was surrounded by the Bible for most of my life. When I was 11, I completely understood the gospel and why it was so important, so that is when I accepted Jesus into my life as my Savior. When I was 12 years old my parents became in charge of running the missions trips for our church, so I started being a part of missions ever since then. I have gone to multiple different states to do missions and three out of state mission trips to Panama. My first year of college God allowed me to go to Word of Life South Korea, where I got to go on a missions trip to Thailand and a Bible Study trip to Israel. My second year of college I went to Word of Life New York where God allowed me to go on a missions trip to Peru. Ever since I was 12 with all the missions trips I have taken, especially during my Word of Life years, I knew that God was calling me to be an overseas missionary. I did not know when or where, but I knew that is what the Lord was calling me to do. After I graduated from Word of Life, I went to Clarks Summit University where I studied Missions as my major and graduated with my Bachelors of Science in December 2017. In January 2018, I went to Word of Life New York for their Missions Conference, where I learned more about their Cross Cultural Internship. Learning more about the internship, I knew this is what God wanted me to do for the next two years of my life.
