Hi, we're Mario and Jenifer Sibaja Molina. We minister in Costa Rica.
As a family, we have committed our lives to serving the youth of Costa Rica, responding to the urgent emotional, spiritual, and social needs this generation is facing. Today’s young people in our country are growing up in the midst of broken families, emotional instability, anxiety, depression, identity confusion, and increasing disconnection from education, community, and purpose.
Our desire is to be part of the solution—offering a message of hope, restoration, and discipleship through personal investment, Biblical teaching, and intentional relationships.
We serve in three primary ministry areas:
1. Local Churches – Equipping leaders, strengthening youth ministries, and walking alongside pastors to develop healthy models of discipleship where teens and young adults can grow in faith and character.
2. Schools and High Schools – Creating bridges with educational institutions to provide workshops, motivational talks, and values-based programs that speak to the real struggles of students while pointing them toward truth, identity, and resilience.
3. Direct Youth Engagement – Through camps, one-on-one mentoring, and creative outreach, we are building personal connections with young people, earning their trust, and walking with them through their questions, pain, and potential.
Our heart is reflected in We believe in giving our time, energy, and love fully and joyfully for the sake of this generation.
We are not only focused on programs — we are focused on people. Through every conversation, every activity, and every open door, we seek to be vessels of God’s grace, helping young people encounter the transforming love of Jesus.

Born into a religious family and exposed to various faiths, I made the decision at the age of 13 to distance myself from God. However, that same year, everything changed when I encountered the truth through a Word of Life Bible Club. There, I discovered that a relationship with
God is not about religion but about the redemptive work of Christ.
From that moment on, I became actively involved in youth ministry. Guiding young people in their walk with Christ and helping them grow into spiritual maturity has become my greatest passion and calling.
Growing up in a religious family, I had the incredible blessing of meeting the Lord at a very young age. At just 7 years old, I accepted Christ as my Savior during a Sunday school class.
In my teenage years, I encountered the Word of Life Bible Clubs, which ignited my passion for serving others through teaching and biblical discipleship. This ministry has been a transformative space where I’ve found purpose in equipping others with God’s Word and guiding them in their faith journey.
