Hi, we're Mario and Jenifer Sibaja Molina. We minister in Costa Rica.
As a family, we have committed our lives to serving the youth of Costa Rica, responding to the urgent emotional, spiritual, and social needs this generation is facing. Today’s young people in our country are growing up in the midst of broken families, emotional instability, anxiety, depression, identity confusion, and increasing disconnection from education, community, and purpose.
Our desire is to be part of the solution—offering a message of hope, restoration, and discipleship through personal investment, Biblical teaching, and intentional relationships.
We serve in three primary ministry areas:
1. Local Churches – Equipping leaders, strengthening youth ministries, and walking alongside pastors to develop healthy models of discipleship where teens and young adults can grow in faith and character.
2. Schools and High Schools – Creating bridges with educational institutions to provide workshops, motivational talks, and values-based programs that speak to the real struggles of students while pointing them toward truth, identity, and resilience.
3. Direct Youth Engagement – Through camps, one-on-one mentoring, and creative outreach, we are building personal connections with young people, earning their trust, and walking with them through their questions, pain, and potential.
Our heart is reflected in We believe in giving our time, energy, and love fully and joyfully for the sake of this generation.
We are not only focused on programs — we are focused on people. Through every conversation, every activity, and every open door, we seek to be vessels of God’s grace, helping young people encounter the transforming love of Jesus.

I was born into a religious family having experiences with different religions, that led me at the age of 13 to decide not to take God into account in my life, however, that same year through a Word of Life Bible club I was able to know the truth that is the relationship with God through the redemptive work of Christ.
Since that same year I became involved in youth ministry.
I am passionate about guiding young people in their walk with Christ to reach maturity in Christ.
I was born in a religious family but I had the opportunity to meet the Lord very young, at the age of 7 years old, in a Sunday school I received Christ as Savior.
In my adolescence I met the Word of Life clubs and in them I discovered my passion for being able to serve others through teaching and Biblical formation.
