Word of Life Fellowship purchased Jennesse Park Christian Camp in California in 2025. This 160 acre property is located just hours from the San Francisco Bay Area and Sacramento in the Sierra Nevada Mountains. This property will serve as Word of Life’s West Coast hub for summer and winter camps, retreats, and year-round ministries. There are 14 million people within a 6-hour drive from this property. This property can house up to 500 guests and has activities like swimming, canoeing, kayaking, a climbing tower and much more. We believe God has entrusted us with Jennesse Park for His glory, to proclaim the gospel boldly, and to help every young person take their next step with Jesus. We will come along-side the staff at WOL California to assist them with property maintenance, improvements, landscaping, small construction projects and so much more. We will go to serve and assist them in getting ready for Winter Camps and Retreats.

If you are a guest at the WOL RV Park in Florida, Bruce is on Lot 233 Flight costs are not included in the trip cost displayed above. You will fly into Sacramento International Airport. If you are flying out of Tampa International airport, the trip leader will notify participates of the flights to book your reservation on via a separate email. Or you could drive? Consider this: Columbus OH 35 hours Atlanta GA 35 hours Dallas TX 25 hours Hudson FL 41 hours I would fly but the road trip does sound fun!

The staff will take very good care of you! Food will be provided on the property at the dining hall. You won’t go away hungry!
Housing
Housing will be provided on the camp property. There are accommodations for married couples as well as singles on property. The trip leader will notify participates if bedding will be required via an separate email once the work team has been established.
Transportation
If your are staying in the RV Park at WOL Florida, ground transportation will be provided by WOL Florida. Ground Transportation to and from the Sacramento to WOL California will be provided. The details will be provided by your trip host at a later time. 29005 Highway 108, Cold Springs, CA 95335

What To Wear
The camp is located in the Sierra Nevada mountains, at a elevation of 5315 feet above sea level. The weather in January ranges from 29 - 47 degrees, so dress in layers. There may be snow on the ground so be prepared and check the weather forecast before you depart.
