Word of Life Fellowship purchased a new property between the cities of Villach and Klagenfurt. This 34.5 acre property is located in the south of Austria close to the borders of Slovenia and Italy. This property will serve as the hub of Word of Life Austria for summer and winter camps, retreats and ministries all year round. This property has 50 apartment units with the capacity of 200 beds and has activities like swimming, canoeing, kayaking, climbing tower, sports facilities and much more. There are 9.2 million people living in Austria of which less than 60,000 are assumed to be born again believers. We believe God has entrusted us with this family style resort for His glory, to proclaim the gospel boldly, and to help every young person take their next step with Jesus. We will come along side the staff at WOL Austria to assist them with property maintenance, building improvements, landscaping, small construction projects, etc..

Travel
Work Trip Dates are departing the USA on March 20, 2027, returning April 3, 2007. Flight costs are not included in the trip cost displayed above. We will fly into Ljubljana, Slovakia. If you are flying out of Tampa International airport, the trip leader will notify participates of the flights to reserve via a separate email. If you will be flying out of a airport close to your home, the trip leader will give you a arrival time via a separate email.

Food
The staff will take very good care of you! Food will be provided on the property at the dining hall. You won’t go away hungry!
Housing
Housing will be provided on the camp property. There are accommodations for married couples as well as singles on property. The trip leader will notify participates if bedding will be required via an separate email once the work team has been established.
Transportation
If your are staying in the RV Park at WOL Florida, ground transportation will be provided by WOL Florida . Ground Transportation to and from the Ljubljanan to WOL Austria will be provided by WOL Austria. The transportation details will be provided by your trip host, via email, at a later time.

What To Wear
The camp is located near the village of Villach, Austria. The average temperatures in March and April range from a low of 32 degrees to a high of 55 degrees.

This project is designed for everyone to attend. We are looking for these two qualities in our team members: A love for the Lord to serve and a willingness to be blessed. Is this you? If you can participate in this trip, you qualify. Work Team participants is capped at 20 people. Disclaimer for Word of Life Overseas Work Trips Our scheduled work trips are contingent on a few things: • having the number of team members necessary to fulfill the mission of the trip • safety in the country for our group • Word of Life successfully raising the necessary funds for projects and materials required during this trip. In the event that sufficient funds are not raised, the trip may be postponed until adequate funding becomes available. We strongly recommend not purchasing your airline tickets too early or until the trip host gives the OK. It is recommended you purchase travel insurance when booking your airline ticket to protect against unforeseen changes or cancellations. Most airline tickets are non-refundable. For the "In Country" costs you have paid, those funds will remain in your individual account and can be applied to future trips. About the Finances
The trip cost does not include airfare. The trip cost does include: food, lodging, ground transportation to/from the airport in Austria, insurance, work funds, and host fee.
