About

I grew up in a Christian home and was saved at 6 years old. I understood that I was a sinner in need of a perfect Savior and that because Jesus died and rose again, I could spend eternity with God. After getting saved, nothing in my life really changed until I entered high school. In high school, I really struggled with contentment and satisfaction, always looking for those things in the wrong places. My junior year, I went to snowcamp at Word of Life New York and learned what it meant to have true satisfaction and joy in Jesus Christ. This was the year I decided to fully dedicate my life to Christ. After high school, I attended the Bible Institute in New York, where I was able to learn what it meant to have a biblical foundation but where I also learned how to apply biblical truths to my life. Being at the Bible Institute showed me how much I desired to live a life on mission. At Word of Life, I heard so many stories of other believers going to different places in the world, sharing the gospel and caring for others, and I felt myself being called into that same thing. I am excited to serve God in a new culture and setting, using the gifts and abilities He has given me!
