About Yoel

I am 23 years old and was born and raised in Panama. My family is not Christian but as a child I was able to attend some Word of Life summer camps in Panama. On one of these camps, when I was 9 years old, I gave my life to Jesus, but I did not live my faith yet. When I was 15 years old, one of the Word of Life missionaries took me under his wing and discipled me. He helped me understand more of God's Word, find a church, and grow in my faith. In 2019 God called me to study the Bible, during my 3rd year of study in Argentina I met Talita. For me, since I was called to study the Bible, it was clear: God wants me to serve Him in mission.

About Talita

I am 24 years old, born and raised in Germany in a Christian family and can call the Christ Church in Flein my home church. At the age of 8 I accepted Jesus Christ as my personal savior and with 16 I was got to be baptized. Since then I am allowed to serve in different areas in my church.
In 2021 I God gave me the opportunity to participate in a Bilingual Bible Program, God led me later to Argentina where I was able to complete my first year of Bible School and also met Yoel. Since 9/9/2023 we are happily married and serving here in Panama since January 2024.
