Ministry Description

Through the Biblical Counseling Internship, I am learning how to counsel biblically through learning in classes, training conferences, one-on-one mentorship, and practicing counseling. This is my third year of the internship, and I have the opportunity to help other Interns to grow in their counseling and work on the administrative side of the internship as a Ladies Administrative Coordinator.

About Hosahna

I was born and raised in Japan as a missionary kid. I got saved when I was six years old, but I realized my need for Christ daily when I went to SYME Japan and Word of Life Jeju. Since I was little, I had a desire to help people, but I realized that we can only find satisfaction and hope in God. My desire to teach God's word to others and help them to see God in their lives in the midst of hardships grew, and the Biblical Counseling Internship was where I could receive training. And he has been teaching me and equipping me so that God can use me to minister to others. I have a desire to go back to Japan and minister to Japanese people, but I am excited about where God will lead me after this Internship!

Psalm 139:23-24 "Search me, O God, and know my heart! Try me and know my thoughts! And see if there be any grievous way in me, lead me in the way everlasting!"
