About Jared

I was born and raised in a Christian household and a very ministry minded family. Through Word of Life and my Church's Olympians program I came to know Christ at the age of six. During Middle and High School I struggled a lot with my faith and did not always make the right choices but I had wonderful friends and people in my life who continuously pointed me to the Lord and helped me to become mission-minded. During seventh grade to senior year I helped my church out with audio/visual work for my church. During the summers of High School I worked and served at the Word of Life Ranch and Wild. Through the later part of my senior year of High School and my years at the Bible Institute my heart really felt lead to Africa and all the countries there. So, now I have the opportunity to serve in South Africa!
