Ministry Description

We are involved in several areas of ministry but our main focus is in the area of Events and the Transcultural Ministry. Some of these events include, campaigns, summer camp, workshops in schools and organizing short-term missions trip to the Native Community.
During the week we are involved with discipleship in our Bible Club (LCM) program and we are also involved in our Discipleship Training Center (DTC) in the New Property.

About Jose

My Name is Jose Jeremias Acevedo Withers. I was born in a Christian home where my parents are missionaries. At the age of 5, in a hotel room, my mom shared with me the Gospel using drawings and I accepted Christ as my personal Savior. I love soccer, and at the age of 6 I entered into a soccer school where played until I was 18 years old. I had made it on a pro soccer team, but God was calling me to quit soccer and go one year to the Bible Institute in Argentina and learn more about Him and His word. I decided to quit soccer, and I went to the Bible Institute in 2010. I ended up going to all 4 years at the Bible Institute! During that time, God put a burden in my heart to serve Him in full-time ministry! I see it as a great privilege and responsibility!
I met my wife at the Bible Institute in 2013, we got married in 2015 and now we are serving the Lord in Paraguay. We have two boys, Noah and little Bastian. God is doing incredible things in this country! My favorite verse is: For none of us liveth to himself, and no man dieth to himself. For whether we live, we live unto the Lord; and whether we die, we die unto the Lord: whether we live therefore, or die, we are the Lord's. For to this end Christ both died, and rose, and revived, that he might be Lord both of the dead and living. Romans 14:7-9

About Emi

My name is Emilse Belen Munoz, I wasn't born in a Christian family, my parents are separated and I lived with my mother, her husband and my 5 brothers. At the age of 10, in a meeting for children in my neighborhood I accept Christ as my Savior. At age 14 I started going to a Christian church with my family. A year later, at 15 years of age I was baptized.
At the age of 21 I studied at the Word of Life Bible Institute in Argentina. While I was there God placed a burden on my heart to serve Him full time. After I completed the 3rd year program in 2014, I stayed as an intern at the Institute for half the year. During my time as an intern, I met my husband. In 2015 we got married Him.
My favorite verse is Joshua 1:9 - Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the Lord thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest.

John 15:7-8 If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you. Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be my disciples.
