Get to Know Matt Hager

Ministry Description

Greetings everyone from the Adirondacks of New York. I've been working with Word of Life for many years now, and part of our ministry involves international missions to many countries. At Word of Life in the United States we support international missions to around 80 countries around the world. This fall I have the exciting opportunity to visit one of these fields in the country of Uganda from September 23rd and the 29th. We have a Bible Institute, international school, and camps located in Uganda operating throughout the year. Here are some of the tasks I will be involved with:

• Get an overview of where we are at with the system in Uganda and make recommendations for next steps in improving and servicing the team.
• Provide training overviews on software applications for staff.
• One on one interaction with staff that help in the IT area.
• Advise and adjust their systems as needed.

I have some need in a few areas of support - first, if you're willing to offer prayer support for my trip, feel free to let me know. Second, I do need financial support for the airplane flight, housing while there, and ground transportation. The total cost of this trip would be around $1500 for everything.
