Ministry Description

Hello, my name is Matt Gonyer, and I have the incredible privilege of serving as the Athletics Intern at Word of Life Bible Institute in Schroon Lake, New York. This internship is centered on using athletics as a platform to glorify Christ and impact lives through sports ministry.

In this role, I gain valuable hands-on experience in discipleship, leadership, and service, while helping create an environment where students are encouraged to grow both spiritually and physically through athletic involvement. Alongside this ministry opportunity, I am also pursuing a graduate degree in Sport Management from Liberty University, equipping me to combine my passion for sports with my calling to serve the Lord.
