Ministry Description

During the year my ministry can vary from being a counselor at the camps, counseling students at the Bible Institute to helping in the kitchen during conferences or doing paper work as a secretary. But the purpose stays the same, which is to show Christ to people around me with my words and behavior by His grace only.

About Nataliya

When I was a child I found out that God was real and that He was punished. For me it meant that I could talk to Him and ask a lot of questions. Some of them were: “Why did You take away my father when I was 9? Why couldn’t I have a normal family with a loving mom, instead of mom drinking alcohol? Why didn’t You ask me if I wanted to be born or not? What is the sense of my life?”. I didn’t expect to receive an answer, but He did it through another person. God began showing me that my problem was not a bad family or unpleasant circumstances, but my corrupted and sinful heart. I desparetely needed someone to save me from my sins. And only Jesus could do it, and only He could give me freedom and forgiveness. I asked Him to save me when I was 17. He gave me hope and future, the sense of life and joy in living for His glory.
I became a missionary of “Word of Life” in 2010 due to several reasons. First, I had seen how God has changed my and other peoples' lives due to this ministry. I didn't want to stay aside but to be a part of such a blessing, to help young people find out about Christ and to help them grow in their relationship with Him. Second, I don't want to spend my life in vain just for myself because it brings nothing but emptiness, while living for Christ, doing what He wants you to do, gives you incomparable joy and fullness. So this is the way how I want to spend the rest of my life: enjoying my Savior, telling others about Him and helping them to become mature. I can do it with “Word of Life” through youth camps, Bible clubs, Bible Institute, conferences and others activities.
