Ministry Description

Thank God for giving me the privilege of serving Him, and thank God for Word of Life, which gives us the tools and opens doors to serve and preach the Gospel through every activity.
This year, 2025, we have 35 students at the Word of Life Ministerial Training Center in Bolivia, where I have the opportunity to serve them through the kitchen and minister to their lives through counseling.
At Word of Life Ministry, we are available to meet any needs that may arise on our property, from cleaning and organizing the place, cooking for camps, preaching the gospel through evangelistic outings with our Ministry Resources, and counseling people who pass through our property.
During the month, on Fridays, I am involved in Teaching the Word to the Women of my local church, which also allows me to have a time of counseling with the women.

PRAYER REQUEST:
o Strength to continue serving God and giving glory to Him alone and taking advantage of every opportunity to serve.
o For my sister Pamela, who suffers from schizophrenia, may the Lord work in her life so that she accepts the medication she needs; she doesn't want to do it voluntarily. Through the Lord's
provision to cover her expenses, starting in 2022, I am responsible for covering her rent for a place to live.
o Provision for my sustenance while we serve God full-time

About Vanessa

I met Christ as my personal Savior at a Word of Life camp in January 2008, at the age of 20. I arrived at camp with a completely broken life, without hope or purpose. My philosophy for life was: "If I die, I'll go to heaven because it's the least God can do for me." Up until then, I had had a very complicated life: my mother died when I was 8, and my father abandoned my two sisters and me. We went to live with my grandparents for almost two years, but they passed away. I was very angry at the one who ruled the universe because, at that time, I wasn't entirely clear about the existence of God. Shortly after, with an angry heart, I went to live with some Christian uncles who pastored the church. So I had to adopt the appearance of a "Christian," a "pastor's kid," but with an angry heart and far from God. Shortly after, I was abused by the person who pastored the church. That's when my anger had a name and a surname: God and Christians, but despite everything for ten years I was involved in the church in the church choir, playing the piano, teaching children; that's how I came to the Word of Life Camp, angry with God, during the camp they told me about the love of a different God than the one I did not know, Noemí Lella introduced me to the message of salvation and it was there that for the first time I was able to understand that my biggest problem was not the death of my mother and grandparents, it was not the abandonment of my father, and even my biggest problem was not the abuse I suffered for ten years, my biggest problem was that I was spiritually dead and separated from God, and that nothing I could do could save me from eternal damnation, only the blood of Christ, it was there that I decided to believe in the Work of Christ and receive Him in my heart as my personal Savior, from that moment on, my life took a totally different course, from that moment on I know that I have a Purpose and Hope of Eternal Life in Christ.
When I met Christ at Camp, I was a college student, just three months away from finishing my degree and becoming a professional, but God had a better plan for my life: He wanted to heal my heart and bind up my wounds. He used the ministry of Word of Life Bolivia, where I was cared for and where I was able to learn more about God's love and find a family. There, I understood that God had saved me and had a purpose for my life. I had the opportunity to study at the Word of Life Bible Institute in Argentina for three years. God worked miraculously in every aspect of my life. I decided to serve Him full-time in 2014 at Word of Life Ministry so I could reach others with the message of salvation, even those in the same situation as me, without hope. I am a daughter of God, and over these years I have experienced God's goodness and care, and that's why now I only want to serve Him and give Him glory because "...He has strengthened me, because He seemed faithful to me, appointing me to the ministry."

But by the grace of God I am what I am, and His grace toward me was not in vain; but I labored more abundantly than they all, yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me. 1 Corinthians 15:10
