Ministry Description

While in Argentina, I will be teaching English in Palabra de Vida's Christian School, discipling the students in their Bilingual Bible Program, and finishing my degree! Palabra de Vida's Christian School ministers to the local children in Buenos Aires, Argentina. By teaching English, I can also teach them about the Gospel! Palabra de Vida in Argentina not only has a school, but also a Bible Institute, the Bilingual Bible Program, camps, and many other ministry outreaches. Their Bilingual Bible Program is a year-long program for international students to come to Argentina to learn Spanish and about the Bible. I look forward to engaging with the Bilingual Bible Program students and encouraging them in their faith. Although these will be my main focuses in ministry, I am excited to be a part of any ministry I can be while ministering in Argentina for the next two years!

About RoseAnna

I was born to parents who were very involved in ministry. Having been surrounded with the Gospel, I knew it like the back of my hand, but I didn't accept it as my own way of salvation until I was eight. At that point, I was ready to trust the Lord with my eternity, but I wasn't ready to trust Him with my everyday life. I wanted to travel, to teach English, to work in charities - all of which is great, but I wanted to do it on my terms rather than for the Lord. When God called me to the Word of Life Bible Institute, I had to surrender those dreams to Him. In my first year at Word of Life, I learned so much about the Bible, experienced so many amazing ministry opportunities, and got closer than ever to the Lord. It was also in my first year that I first heard about Word of Life's Cross-Cultural Internship. This program gave students the opportunity to work at another Word of Life campus for two years, helping advance the Gospel through the different ministry opportunities that campus provided. This internship meant all the dreams I surrendered to God would be given back - only this time they were going to be done for God's glory rather than my own. I truly believed the Lord was leading me to do CCI, but I didn't know where. Word of Life is located in eighty-seven countries, all of which have amazing, individual ministries I would love to be a part of. It wasn't until my Mission's Reality trip in my second year that God made it clear that I should be doing CCI in Argentina.
