Ministry Description

I am currently the director of our Discipleship Training Center (DTC). The DTC is a one-year program aimed at establishing biblical convictions in the lives of students to help them face the challenges of the modern world. This program has three main areas: study, life, and ministry. Kimberly is in charge of the life area, overseeing the spiritual well-being of the female students.

This program also includes missionary trips and classes with various pastors from Paraguay.

Our ministry also includes one-on-one discipleship with the students, counseling, and evangelism. Kimberly leads a biblical counseling ministry to girls in a orphanage.


Actualmente soy el director de nuestro Centro de Evangelismo y Discipulado (CED). El CED es un programa de un año con el objetivo de establecer convicciones bíblicas en la vida de los alumnos, para enfrentar el mundo actual. Este programa tiene tres áreas: estudio, vida y ministerio. Kimberly esta encargada del área de vida, velando por la vida espiritual de las alumnas.
Este programa también incluye viajes misioneros, clases con diferentes pastores del Paraguay.
Nuestro ministerio incluye también el discipulado uno a uno con los alumnos, consejería y evangelismo.
Kimberly lleva adelante un ministerio de consejería bíblica a niñas de un hogar.

About Ruben

I grew up in a christian home. When I was six years old I prayed the prayer of salvation, but at that age I didn’t fully understand what it meant. But, at the age of fifteen, I went to camp and my counselor confronted me with my sin. There I truly understood that I needed to give my life to God completely. That week I asked God for forgiveness and decided to follow Him. When I turned eighteen I went to study at the Word of Life Bible Institute in Argentina. I studied there for three years, and that’s where God called me to full-time ministry. Then Lord allowed me to serve in my home church and with Word of Life Chile. I met my wife Kim there, we got married, and in 2021 God called us to serve in Paraguay. We have been serving here joyfully for almost four years now.

Nací en una familia cristiana y, a los 6 años, hice una oración de fe, aunque sin comprender realmente su significado. A los 15 años, en un campamento, un consejero me confrontó con mi pecado y entendí que necesitaba entregar mi vida a Cristo de manera genuina. Esa misma semana pedí perdón a Dios y decidí seguirle.

A los 18 años ingresé al Instituto Bíblico de Palabra de Vida en Argentina, donde estudié durante tres años. Más tarde, al concluir mis estudios en el IBPV, recibí el llamado de Dios para servirle a tiempo completo. El Señor me permitió servir en mi iglesia durante un año y luego colaborar con el ministerio de Palabra de Vida en Chile, donde conocí a Kim, quien hoy es mi esposa. Después de casarnos, en el año 2021 recibimos el llamado de Dios para dejar Chile e ir como misioneros a Paraguay, donde servimos desde hace cuatro años.

About Kim

I was not born in a Christian family, my family was very dysfunctional, so I grew up a very lonely girl.
During my adolescence I did not stop thinking about whether or not God existed or if my life really had a purpose in the midst of everything I lived. At the age of 13, I heard about Christ for the first time, but my circumstances and things at home made me doubt. Finally at the age of 16, I believed with all my heart that God had a purpose for me and for my life. It made sense. The following summer in a PV Chile camp I decided that I would give my life to serve God full time.

Yo no nací en una familia cristiana, mi familia era muy disfuncional, por lo cual crecí siendo una niña muy solitaria.
Durante mi adolescencia no dejaba de pensar en si existe o no Dios o si mi vida realmente tenía algún propósito en medio de todo lo que vivía. Hasta que a la edad de 13 años escuche por primera vez de Cristo, pero mis circunstancias y las cosas en casa me hacían dudar, finalmente a la edad de 16 años creí de todo corazón que Dios tenía un propósito para mí y que mi vida si tenía sentido, el siguiente verano en un campamento de PV Chile decidí que entregaría mi vida para el servicio a Dios a tiempo completo.
