Ministry Description

We will be joining the Jenness Park team as Local Area Missionaries in California. While we will be staying on the campus, our primary role will be reaching out to local churches to help with their youth. By helping and teaching local youth leaders, the goal would be to help leaders to lead their youth to take their next steps with Christ. Our secondary role will be aiding with Jenness Park Youth Camps. When camp season is in action, our role will be to help there through whatever gaps and needs are to be fulfilled.

About Ryan

Ryan Taylor was born in North Carolina in a home that occasionally attended church. While he attended church every now and then, Jesus was never at the forefront of his mind. It wasn't until age 17 that he attended the Word of Life Youth Camp in New York during the 2021 COVID season that he truly understood the Gospel. It was that week that he decided to change all his plans and attend the Bible Institute in New York. After attending both First and Second Year from 2021-2023, he stayed on campus to pursue a bachelor's at Davis College. It was in 2025 when he graduated with a Bachelor's in Religious Education with an emphasis in Christian Counseling and Biblical Studies. Following their graduation, they got married on November 1, 2025. It was during his Second Year at the Bible Institute when he recognized the pull on his heart from the Lord to the West Coast. From then, through much prayer, the Lord opened the path for him and his wife to join the team in California at Jenness Park Word of Life.

About Lynneah

Lynneah Taylor was born and raised in a loving, Christian home and grew up in the Word of Life Florida camp ministry with her family. At 7 months old, she was diagnosed with Bacterial Meningitis and lived to receive bilateral cochlear implants. The Lord used this new "disability" in her life to grow her in her faith with Jesus. At age 5, Lynneah was saved and following that she was baptized, and at age 17 she rededicated her life to Jesus, where she committed to serve wherever the Lord would take her. She attended First and Second Year of the Word of Life Bible Institute in 2021-2023. She also attended Cedarville University for one year, 2023-2024, but found the Lord pulling her to go back to New York to attend Davis College for one year, where she received her Bachelors in Religious Education with an emphasis in Christian Ministries in 2025.
