Ministry Description

We are Steve and Fabiola Suárez, we served in the ministry from 2008 until today. We started as collaborators in the Word of life Spain team (2008-2011) and since 2013 in the Word of life Bolivia team.
Our work at the Word of Life Ministry focuses on the teaching of the Word of God at the Bible Institute. Biblical geography, historical books and leadership.
Steve and Fabiola are the directors of the Ministry area of the Bible Institute.
In addition to teaching, biblical counseling. Steve works as an associate pastor at a local church in the city of Cochabamba.

Working with young people and adolescents is a very delicate task. We treat many cases of sexual abuse in low-income women.

On weekends we dedicate ourselves completely to ministry in the local Church. We work in youth counseling, teaching the Word of God, and leading local church services.

About Steve

I was born in a completely Catholic family, I am the oldest of four brothers (all men). At the age of 12 I received Christ as my Savior.
Word of Life made an incredible camp and on the day of the bonfire I gave my life to Christ. I told him I wanted to serve him no matter how old he was.
While studying business at the University of Barcelona-Spain, God reminded me of the promise he had made to me when I was 12 years old and called me to serve him full-time.
I got married in 2010. The following year we went to study at the Argentine Word of Life Bible Institute.
We were collaborators in the Word of Life Spain team from 2008 to 2011.
We currently serve as international missionaries of Word of Life in Bolivia and we have been on the team in Bolivia for 12 years.

We have a 10 year old son named Jonathan and our little 2 year old Jafia.
We are sure that God has called us to serve Him in the Ministry of the Word of Life, because of the great impact it has on young people, bringing them the Gospel clearly.

About Fabiola

I was born in a non-Christian family and I am the youngest of three sisters. At age 18, I went to live in Spain where I met Christ as my Savior. Crystal Tarasiuk was my counselor and friend who guided me in my first steps of faith. I began to serve the Lord in my church and as a counselor in the Word of Life camps in Spain.
In 2008 I met Steve (my husband), I saw how he loved the Lord Jesus Christ. In 2010 we got married and as a couple we dedicated our lives to serve the Lord full time.
As a family we have the certainty that God wants to continue using us for his glory.
