Ministry Description

At Word of Life Argentina, I’ll be serving in the English school, the Bilingual Bible Program (BBP), and wherever else there is a need. God has given me a passion for discipling young women, so I’m especially excited to be part of the BBP team—having completed the program myself, I now get to walk alongside other girls as they do the same. During my two years in Argentina, I’ll also be pursuing my bachelor’s degree in Teaching English as a Second Language online through Liberty University.

About Savannah

I grew up in a Christian home and accepted Christ at the age of 10. For a while, I was on fire for the Lord, but I quickly fell because I didn't know how to seek the Lord or how to study or read the Bible in order to grow in my relationship with Him. I continuously went to the Word of Life church camp every summer, where I would re-dedicate my life to the Lord, but it never stuck with me because I fell back into the same way I was living. I began living a double life. Throughout that time, I faced emotional struggles and unhealthy relationships that led me away from God. At my lowest point, I cried out to Him, and He opened doors that led me to the Bible Institute. During my time at the Word of Life Bible Institute, I learned how to have a relationship with the Lord, and most importantly, I learned how important it is that we continue to grow our relationship with the Lord every day. I also learned the importance of discipleship and how it is good to have someone who is more spiritually mature than you, to guide you in the way of the Lord, and keep you accountable. Throughout that year, I also learned how to study the Bible. It was during my year at the Word of Life Bible Institute that I rededicated my life to Him and felt the call to full-time ministry.

I sensed God calling me into full-time ministry during the missions conference. The Holy Spirit convicted me to surrender my anxiety about the future. I had been praying about my next steps and felt led to apply to the Bilingual Bible Program in Argentina. I graduated from the Bilingual Bible Program in July of 2025. Throughout my time in Argentina, the Lord taught me invaluable lessons, growing me in patience and dependence on Him. He also opened numerous doors for the passions that He has placed on my heart, guiding me toward the calling He has placed on my life. God also burdened my heart for the people in Argentina. They have a large population of young people who are searching for answers and wanting something more. While I do not know where the Lord will lead me in the future, I now know that my purpose is to serve and honor Him in all that I do and that my future is all in His hands; I have nothing to worry about.

God calls us to live a holy life and be set apart for Him. He is a jealous God who longs for each of us to wholeheartedly pursue Him and seek His face in all that we do. We are called to leave the past behind, no matter what we have done, for He has already gone before us and made a way. My life belongs to the Lord, and I long to share this truth with others—walking alongside fellow believers, guiding and discipling them in their journey with Christ, so they may stand firm in their faith and continue to grow in His grace. We are called to reach every tribe and every nation, until all have heard and experienced the life-changing love of Jesus Christ.

"Brothers, I do not consider that I have made it my own. But one thing I do: forgetting what lies behind and straining forward to what lies ahead, I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus."
Philippians 3:13-14

"How then will they call on him in whom they have not believed? And how are they to believe in him of whom they have never heard? And how are they to hear without someone preaching? And how are they to preach unless they are sent? As it is written, “How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the good news!” Romans 10:14-15
