Since 1980, Word of Life United Kingdom has been a beacon of hope, sharing the life-transforming message of Christ. It all began with the faithful step of the first missionary families, and over the years, God’s faithfulness has been evident as we continue to reach the youth and communities across this nation.
Our mission is simple but profound: To help every young person take their next step with Jesus. Through creative outreach events, local church partnerships, dynamic camps, and discipleship, we’ve had the privilege of seeing lives changed for eternity. Community-focused initiatives, like the Nerf Party events, are just a glimpse of how God has been working through us to connect, build relationships, and share the Good News.
Looking to the future, we’re filled with hope and vision. We dream of organizing our own camps, where young people can experience God in a tangible way. We envision a growing team of interns and career missionaries joining us in this mission. And most importantly: we are committed to continuing to pour into the lives of the next generation, believing that God will raise up a vibrant, Christ-centered movement in the U.K.

The United Kingdom, comprising England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland, is a land rich in history and diversity. Yet beneath its historic cathedrals and cultural landmarks lies a sobering reality: faith is fading, especially among the younger generation. Recent studies reveal that less than 4% of youth in the U.K. identify as Christians. This statistic isn’t just a number; it represents countless young lives yearning for hope, purpose, and truth. The need is urgent, but so is the opportunity. We believe God is calling us to be a part of His redemptive work, reaching these young hearts with the love of Christ.
